Blue Hawk serves lenders, servicers, asset managers, and property management firms who need reliable, documented field reports. The contractors in our network are the backbone of that operation. Compensation is structured to reflect that — you are not working for minimum wage per click. You work in your local market, submit reports through a mobile platform, and get paid every Friday.
Drive to assigned properties in your local market, photograph exterior conditions from public right-of-way, and submit reports from your smartphone. No license required. No interior entry. No tenant contact.
Conduct room-by-room move-in and move-out property condition inspections for property managers, landlords, and investors. Document conditions with written observations and photos through the Blue Hawk mobile platform.
